1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using revolutionAI.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
revolutionAI provides AI consulting and development services including but not limited to:
- Proof of Concept (POC) Development
- No-Code/Low-Code Rescue and Migration
- AI Security and MLSecOps
- HPC Hardware Design and Optimization
- Managed AI Services
- Strategic AI Consulting
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services:
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
- For ongoing services, invoices are issued monthly and due within 30 days.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own all deliverables and custom code created specifically for your project.
- Our IP: We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Your Content: You retain all rights to your data, content, and materials provided to us.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We are willing to sign NDAs upon request.
7. Service Delivery
We commit to:
- Delivering services with professional care and expertise
- Meeting agreed-upon milestones and timelines
- Providing regular progress updates
- Addressing issues and revisions within reasonable scope
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, revolutionAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or achieve specific business outcomes.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services:
- With 30 days written notice for ongoing services
- Immediately for material breach that remains uncured after 14 days notice
- Immediately if required by law
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning deliverables.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
